How to use toner | Mia's advice for Lila

Cross-legged on her bed, Lila lifted up a recently purchased bottle of face toner she'd bought. "I don't get it, Mia," she raised the bottle of skin toner. "What would I do with this?"

Lila answers

Mia, Lia's best friend and skincare whiz, chuckled from the far side of the room. "That's not such a hard thing to do, Lila. It's a staple in almost every skincare routine. You use a facial cleanser first, right?"
